Welds without documentation
Visual inspection alone is not enough for load-bearing welds. Before awarding the order we verify that welders are qualified to EN ISO 9606-1 and documented welding procedure specifications (WPS) exist.
Coating that does not last
Powder on unblasted steel peels. We define pre-treatment, coating thickness and testing (cross-cut, thickness measurement) in the specification — not after the complaint.
Distortion in assemblies
Weld distortion ruins interface dimensions. We have welding fixtures built and interface dimensions 100 % gauge-checked — not first discovered during assembly at your plant.

Rarely for simple laser-cut parts — but often for labour-intensive welded assemblies with coating and sub-assembly: the higher the labour share, the bigger the advantage. We show you the full-cost calculation transparently before you order.
How is weld quality assured?
On three levels: welders qualified to EN ISO 9606-1, documented welding procedure specifications (WPS) and agreed testing — visual inspection to EN ISO 17637, plus dye-penetrant or ultrasonic testing by qualified inspectors for load-bearing welds.
Can stainless steel and aluminium sheet also be processed?
Yes — structural steel (S235/S355), stainless 1.4301/1.4404 and aluminium are standard. We clarify material equivalence with the Chinese GB grades up front; certificates to EN 10204 are supplied.
