For Industry & Manufacturing

China Procurement for Industry: Parts to Drawing, Done Systematically

Turned and milled parts, castings, assemblies or electronic components: we qualify manufacturers in China against your drawings and tolerances — with first-article inspection, audits and documented quality.

Why industrial buying in China often fails

Technical procurement takes more than an Alibaba account.

Tolerances get "interpreted"

Without first-article inspection and a measurement report, you only notice at assembly that ±0.05 mm was taken as a suggestion.

Unknown manufacturing depth

Many "manufacturers" subcontract your order. Without an audit you do not know who actually produces — and who is liable.

Supply risk with single sources

A single supplier for a critical component is a production risk. We build qualified second sources.

What we handle for industrial clients

Feasibility and price analysis

Send the drawing — we assess manufacturability, target price and suitable production processes at matching factories.

Factory audit & first-article inspection

Machinery, measuring equipment and processes verified on site; first articles with a measurement report against your drawing.

Tooling & assemblies

Mould making, stamping tools and assembled units including free-issue parts management.

Predictable supply chain with DDP

Blanket orders with call-offs, customs classification and DDP delivery to your plant — landed costs are fixed before you order.

How your industrial procurement runs

01

You send the drawing, specification and annual demand.

02

We qualify 2–3 manufacturers incl. audit and price comparison.

03

First articles with a measurement report — release is yours.

04

Series supply with AQL control per batch and DDP to your plant.

Common questions from industry

Do you treat our drawings confidentially?

Yes. On request we sign an NDA before the inquiry; drawings only go to the specifically approached factories, under an NNN agreement enforceable in China.

What batch sizes are realistic?

It depends on the process: machining often from 100–500 pieces, injection moulding from tooling amortization, electronics depending on assembly. The feasibility analysis gives concrete figures for your part.

Can you audit our existing suppliers?

Yes. Factory audits and incoming inspection also work for suppliers you already use — as a neutral second opinion before larger orders.

Inquire about a part or assembly?

Send your drawing and demand — you receive a well-founded feasibility and price assessment, confidential and non-binding.
