Seven principles you may hold us to
Every agency promises quality and transparency. So this page does not state what we promise — but what you can concretely demand if we fail to deliver on it.
Applies to every project · As of July 2026
1. No lock-in — you can leave at any time
Supplier names, factory addresses, inspection reports, drawing revisions, tooling locations: everything created in your project belongs to you and is handed over completely on request. We retain clients through performance, not through withheld knowledge. If you want to work directly with the factory tomorrow — you have the contacts.
2. We decline when it does not add up
One-offs under deadline pressure, micro quantities below the freight threshold, products with unrealistic certification effort: if the local route or a specialist is better for you, we say so in the initial assessment — with the maths to verify it. A client who recommends us after an honest decline is worth more than an order that goes wrong.
3. Verify instead of trust
No factory receives your order based on marketplace profiles or catalogue PDFs. Registration, manufacturing depth and machine park are verified before the first payment; certificate numbers we check directly with the issuing body. What we have not seen ourselves or received evidence for, we do not claim to you.
4. Quality is measured, not sworn
Every project gets a frozen reference sample and written inspection criteria. Every batch is inspected to AQL before shipment; if it fails, nothing is loaded and the balance does not fall due. "Good quality" is not a phrase with us but a number in the inspection report.
5. No fakes, no grey zones
Copies of protected designs, brand fakes, customs under-declaration and grey "DDP" via third channels we decline — without exception, even when it costs revenue. Anything else would ultimately hit you as the party placing on the market, and us along with you.
6. Your data stays your data
Drawings and product ideas go only to specifically approached factories, on request only after an NNN agreement under Chinese law. We do not sell client data, do not share project information between clients, and deliberately run no advertising trackers on this website — what you read here, nobody reads along.
7. Reachable when it counts
First response within 24 hours on working days, reachable Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, and during running production we escalate problems to China within the same working day — not after the weekend. Eight time zones are our problem, not yours.
Common questions about the principles
Are these principles contractually binding?
The operational commitments (sample approval, pre-shipment inspection, document handover) are in every project contract — where they are enforceable. This page summarises them publicly so you can measure us against them before the first conversation.
What happens if we violate a principle?
Tell us directly — the case goes straight to management. If we made a mistake, we correct it at our expense and document what changes. A company of our size has exactly one indispensable asset: its reputation.
