Industrial components from China: supply parts with proven grade
Bolts in 8.8/10.9, rolling bearings, O-rings and seals, pneumatic cylinders, chains and belts: with components, the grade on the test report counts, not the one on the label. We qualify producers and test batches against the standard.
The typical component risks
With components, the deception is rarely in the price — it is in the grade nobody re-measures.
Marking without heat treatment
The 8.8 marking costs nothing; the heat treatment behind it does. For load-bearing fasteners we have hardness and tensile strength tested to ISO 898-1 — before the batch ships.
Bearings that run — but not for long
Cheap bearings differ in hardening and grinding, not in looks. We qualify bearing producers by manufacturing depth and test internal clearance, runout and hardness per batch.
Material drift in seals
NBR is not just NBR: Shore hardness, compression set and media resistance must match the application. We fix the compound and have properties confirmed per batch.
What we take care of for components
Producer qualification with audit
We check manufacturing depth, heat treatment, measuring equipment and QM system on site — with components this is what separates producers from relabellers.
Batch testing to standard
ISO 898-1 for bolts, clearance classes for bearings, Shore hardness for elastomers: an inspection plan per article, a report per batch.
C-parts bundling
Components and consumables in the same container: we consolidate your suppliers and cut freight and process costs.
Spare & wear parts
We also source discontinued or OEM-tied components — including remanufacturing from a sample.
How your component sourcing runs
Send your parts list with standard designations or data sheets and annual demand.
Producer selection and sampling with a test report to the applicable standard.
Blanket order with call-offs, safety stock and an inspection plan per article.
Batch-by-batch testing, consolidation and DDP delivery to your warehouse.
Common questions about components from China
Are components from China suitable for safety-relevant applications?
Only with proven grade: for load-bearing joints or safety-relevant parts we agree tightened sampling or 100 % testing with reports — and advise against it where the verification is not economically viable. That honesty is part of the service.
How do you tell producers from relabellers?
By manufacturing depth: in-house forming and hardening for fasteners, in-house grinding for bearings, in-house compounding for elastomers. That is exactly what we verify in the on-site audit — with photos and a report.
Do you also source brand-name components from China?
We advise against grey imports of well-known brands — the counterfeiting risk is too high. Instead we qualify reputable Chinese producers with their own production and proven quality; whether that suffices for your application is something we discuss openly with you.
