Electronics & assemblies

Electronic components from China: from bare board to finished assembly

PCBs and assembled boards (PCBA), cable assemblies, power supplies, connectors, sensors: we qualify electronics manufacturers to IPC standards, secure RoHS/REACH evidence and test function before shipment — not after the complaint.

The typical electronics risks

Electronics defects are invisible until the device fails in the field — which is why we test before shipment.

Relabelled or recycled chips

Component counterfeits hit buyers without traceable supply channels hardest. We source critical parts via documented channels and have suspicious lots externally tested — visual, X-ray, electrical.

Cable assembly without testing

Crimp connections are manual work: without pull testing and continuity checks per lot, you are buying field failures. We agree the test scope per article — documented.

RoHS/REACH as a logo only

A RoHS logo in the data sheet is not evidence. We collect declarations of conformity and test reports per batch — audit-proof and market-surveillance-proof.

What we take care of for electronics

Manufacturer qualification to IPC

ESD protection, AOI/ICT test equipment, soldering processes: we audit electronics manufacturers on site and fix the IPC acceptance class (2 or 3) contractually.

Function testing before shipment

Electrical testing, continuity checks on harnesses, burn-in on power supplies — to a jointly defined test plan, with a report per lot.

Complete devices & compliance

You need the finished device rather than the component? Then see our electronics-from-China page: CE, RED, EMC and function testing.

Consolidation & DDP

Several suppliers, one shipment: we bundle components, check packaging (ESD, moisture protection) and deliver DDP to your warehouse.

How your electronics sourcing runs

01

Send the specification: Gerber data/bill of materials (BOM), drawing or sample cable with annual quantity.

02

Manufacturer selection and sampling with a test report — dimensions, function, pull-test values where relevant.

03

Series release by you; production with the agreed test plan and lot documentation.

04

Function and sample testing, ESD-compliant packaging, DDP delivery.

Common questions about electronics from China

To which standards is production and inspection done?

Assembled boards to IPC-A-610 (acceptance class 2 for industrial electronics, class 3 on request), cable assemblies to IPC/WHMA-A-620, bare boards to IPC-A-600. The class is fixed in the contract — that is the yardstick, not opinions.

How do you ensure RoHS and REACH conformity?

Per article we collect manufacturer declarations and, where needed, test reports (e.g. XRF screening); you receive the documents structured per batch. For your own CE marking as the party placing on the market, we contribute the technical documentation.

Do you also handle small series and prototypes?

Yes — many electronics manufacturers in China are set up for small series and new product introduction (NPI). It usually becomes economical from low four-figure order values; prototypes we bundle via our sample service.

Send a BOM or sample

Gerber/BOM, a drawing or a sample cable is enough — we get back to you within 48 hours with a manufacturer proposal and price indication.
