Can we meet you in person?
Yes. Our office is in Baden-Württemberg — Munich, Augsburg or Nuremberg are a few hours away, and for programs from container volume upwards we always visit in person. Ongoing cooperation then works just as reliably remotely: fixed contacts, EU-compliant invoicing, German warranty.
How do you secure quality for machine-building standards?
With the same system your QA knows: first article inspection reports following VDA 2, measurement reports from calibrated CMMs, EN 10204 material certificates (2.2/3.1), AQL sampling to ISO 2859 per batch — plus retained samples. On request we counter-measure critical dimensions in a German lab. You take the documents straight into your supplier file.
Is China still worthwhile given the supply chain diversification debate?
For most product groups China remains unbeatable in manufacturing depth, speed and price — for the Mittelstand, diversification usually means managing China wisely rather than leaving it. Where Vietnam or India genuinely fit better (simple textiles, certain furniture) we say so openly; where China expertise makes the difference (tooling, electronics, complex parts) we deliver it.
