Within the scope of sourcing, quality, and import projects, we process business contact details, project information, product requirements, quote and contract data, as well as communication data. The processing serves the preparation of quotes, performance, and invoicing of our services. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR; additionally, statutory storage obligations under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR may apply.

6. Cookies, Tracking, and External Media

In its current implementation, this website does not use any analysis cookies, advertising tracking, embedded third-party videos, or externally loaded fonts. Technically necessary storage may take place to the extent required for operating the website.

If analysis, marketing, or third-party services are integrated in the future, this privacy policy will be updated beforehand and, where necessary, consent will be obtained.

For cookieless reach and performance measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The service uses no cookies and no client-side storage, builds no user profiles and does not track visitors across websites. Only aggregated metrics are collected, such as pages viewed, referrer, browser type, country and load times (Core Web Vitals).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the statistical analysis and technical optimisation of our online offering. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, supplemented by EU standard contractual clauses.

Logos of well-known payment providers are displayed on this website for information purposes only. No payment processing or transfer of payment data takes place via this website in its current implementation. In the event of future integration of a payment service provider, we will provide separate information on providers, purposes, legal bases, and recipients.

8. Recipients and Service Providers

Personal data may be transferred to technical service providers, hosting providers, IT service providers, tax consultants, legal advisors, logistics partners, or project partners, insofar as this is necessary for operation, contract performance, legal obligations, or legitimate business interests. 9. Inquiry Form, Lead Inbox, and Notifications

When using the inquiry form, we process your details to handle the request, for project preparation, and to contact you. We use Web3Forms for the technical transmission of the form. The data may be stored in a secure lead database. For rapid internal processing, notifications via email or WhatsApp Business Platform may be triggered.

If you contact us via WhatsApp or social networks or comment publicly, we process the communication data visible there, the content of your message, timestamps, and channel information, to the extent necessary to answer and document your request.

10. Social Media Channels

We may operate profiles on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X. When visiting these platforms, the privacy terms of the respective providers apply in addition. Public comments or interactions may be transferred to our internal communication to process business inquiries.

11. YouTube Videos

YouTube content may be embedded on the video page. Videos are not loaded automatically, but only after your active selection. A connection to YouTube or Google is established; where possible, we use the privacy-compliant domain youtube-nocookie.com.

12. Third-Country Transfers

Within the framework of China sourcing projects, a transfer of project-related business data to manufacturers, inspection service providers, or logistics partners outside the European Union may be necessary. This takes place only if required for project execution or if an appropriate legal basis exists. Suitable safeguards may include, in particular, EU standard contractual clauses or contractual protective measures.

13. Storage Duration

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes. Contract and booking documents are regularly stored for six to ten years in accordance with commercial and tax law retention obligations. Communication data are deleted as soon as the purpose ceases and no legal obligations conflict.

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to certain processing operations in accordance with the GDPR. Insofar as processing is based on consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time with future effect.
