Our commitments — how we share the risk
Sample approval before series payment
The series order is only triggered once you have approved the sample in writing — before that, no production payment flows.
Failed inspection = shipment stopped
If the final AQL inspection fails, nothing gets loaded and the balance payment to the manufacturer does not fall due — rework is at the factory's expense, not yours.
Initial assessment free & non-binding
Feasibility, target price realism and risk assessment cost you nothing. If your project does not add up, we tell you — and you owe us nothing.
German contract, German law
Your contracting party is a German company invoicing under German law (HRB 752971, Mannheim register court) — warranty and jurisdiction sit in Germany, not in Shenzhen.
