Solar accessories from China: the energy transition is manufactured there — buy at the source
Mounting rails and roof hooks, solar cables, connectors, grounding material, balcony PV accessories: the solar boom has made accessory demand explode — and almost all of it comes from China anyway. We deliver it directly, tested, with the evidence installers need.
The three PV accessory risks
On the roof, statics, contact safety and durability count — all three can be specified and tested.
Connectors that are not really MC4
Mixed connectors from different manufacturers are a documented fire cause. We supply connectors with TÜV certificates to EN 62852 and clarify compatibility questions in writing — not with “it will fit”.
Cables below standard
Solar cables must meet EN 50618 (H1Z2Z2-K): UV-resistant, halogen-free, 1.5 kV DC. Cross-section cheating and recycled copper only show in the lab — we test per batch.
Mounting without structural evidence
Roof hooks and rails need reliable load data for the installer’s structural calculation (wind/snow loads per Eurocode). We supply factories with test reports and material certificates — otherwise the goods are unsellable to professionals.
What we handle for PV retailers
Aluminium profiles & rails
Mounting rails are extruded profiles: alloy (EN AW-6005A), anodising and tolerances run through our semi-finished pipeline — with EN 10204 certificates.
Electrical components tested
Connectors, fuses, surge protection, cable assemblies: our electronics testing chain (certificate verification, sample testing) applies to PV small material just the same.
Container programs for the boom
PV accessories are a volume business: annual frameworks with call-offs secure prices and availability — even when the market runs hot again.
Tested batch by batch
Pull tests on roof hooks, cross-section measurement on cables, mating cycles on connectors — documented before every shipment.

Common questions about solar accessories
What evidence do mounting systems need?
For the installer’s structural calculation: tested load values of the components (tension/compression/shear), material certificates (aluminium alloy, stainless grade A2/A4) and corrosion evidence. Formal type approval is usually not mandatory, but the values must come from real tests — we have them verified in German labs where needed, which opens the door to professional trade.
Do you also import modules, inverters or storage?
Modules: yes, project-based — but the market is dominated by large distributors with aggressive prices; we calculate honestly whether the direct route pays for your volume. Inverters and storage: only with VDE-AR-N 4105 conformity and a German service concept — otherwise we advise against it, because without grid-connection certificates the goods are worthless to installers.
What about balcony PV accessories?
A boom segment with clear rules since Germany’s Solar Package I: balcony mounts must be designed against falling, Schuko feed-in is now tolerated, Wieland optional. Mounts, cables and small parts we import continuously; for the inverters the 4105 rule above applies. A good niche for retailers — volumes are high and customers pay for tested safety.
