Common electronics import questions
What does the Radio Equipment Directive (RED) mean for my product?
Anything with WiFi, Bluetooth or radio falls under the RED and needs corresponding test evidence. Before you order, we clarify whether the manufacturer holds valid reports or testing is required.
How do you handle products with lithium batteries?
Lithium batteries need UN38.3 evidence and the right shipping classification; battery law with registration duties applies on top. We check both before shipment.
Do you really test every shipment?
Yes — every batch is inspected to an AQL sampling plan, supplemented for electronics with product-specific function tests. We agree the test scope with you in advance.
