Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance in China Imports
Compliance with European guidelines determines the marketability of your goods. We secure your products on-site and check the documents.
We verify registrations, ISO certificates, existing test reports (CE, RoHS, FCC), and actual production capacity on-site in China. This is how we separate shell companies from real factories.
During Production: Golden Sample & Interim Inspection
Inspection criteria are agreed upon beforehand using a golden sample and clear specifications. For complex projects, our team monitors ongoing production.
Before Shipping: AQL Quality Inspection
Random quality inspection according to international AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) standards directly at the factory in China. You receive a detailed photo report before the goods are loaded.
Import and Customs: Complete Documents
We prepare all import documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) and ensure that HS codes and customs-relevant details are commercially and regulatorily correct.
Important Guidelines for European Importers
As an importer into the EU, you are liable like a manufacturer for compliance with all regulations (GPSR, CE, RoHS, WEEE, Battery Act, Packaging Act). Destruction of goods at customs or sales bans on Amazon can only be prevented by proper document and quality work before shipping.
