Why China Send exists
German SMEs have long been buying in China — but mostly blind: via marketplace profiles, without factory visits, without inspection, with deposits paid to companies nobody has ever seen. The large procurement providers serve corporations; for orders between €5,000 and €500,000 there were long only two options: fly there yourself, or hope.
China Send closes exactly this gap: the inspection depth of corporate procurement — audits, first articles, AQL, documented supply chain — at conditions and in a language that work for SMEs. With a contracting partner under German law, not a number on a platform.
How we are set up
In Germany: Tiefblaues Meer UG (limited liability), based in Achern, Baden-Württemberg — registered at Mannheim district court (HRB 752971), member of the IHK Südlicher Oberrhein chamber of commerce. Contract, invoice, liability and your communication in German converge here, reachable Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00.
In China: our own Chinese-speaking sourcing team with direct access to the manufacturing regions — for factory audits, eye-level price negotiations, production monitoring and pre-shipment inspections. No subcontracted sub-agents: whoever stands on your supplier's shop floor works for us.
How we work — the principle
Our business model is deliberately boring: we earn on cleanly executed projects that come back — not on one-off deals. Three consequences: we decline when your project does not add up. We document everything so that you could theoretically replace us at any time. And we would rather inspect once too often than once too little — details on our principles page.

Common questions about China Send
Can I meet you in person?
Yes — a first meeting gladly at your premises or with us in Achern; for programs from container volume upwards we always visit in person. Daily business then runs remotely just as reliably, with a fixed contact person.
Why should I trust a young company?
You should not have to — which is why our process is built so that trust is not required: sample approval before series payment, inspection before shipment, balance only after passed control, German jurisdiction. You structurally risk less with us than with any direct purchase — regardless of how old we are.
